Quick answers
How does the 30-day trial work?
You add a card to start the trial, and we don't charge it for 30 days. You also pick the plan the trial turns into (Solo or Team, billed monthly or annually), and you can switch it any time during the trial. When the 30 days are up, that plan starts on its own, your card is charged for the first period, and it renews until you cancel. We email you when the trial starts and again in the last week. Trial caps are low on purpose (200 emails, 50 SMS, 1 GB of documents, 1 seat) but plenty for a real evaluation.
How do I cancel my trial?
Click Cancel trial on this page. The trial ends right away and your card isn't charged. The workspace stops working at the same moment, not at the end of the 30 days, but you can still sign in, see this page, and export your data from Settings. Each workspace gets one free trial, so subscribing again later starts a paid plan straight away. Cancelling from the Stripe billing portal during a trial ends it right away too.
Why does every page send me to "Add a card"?
The workspace exists, but the card step didn't finish (checkout was closed or didn't go through), so the trial hasn't started yet. Pick a plan on that screen and continue to checkout. Teammates in a workspace like this see a note asking them to wait for the owner.
What's "founding member"?
The first 20 workspaces to pay their first invoice get a permanent "founding member" rate at the current V1 prices ($29 Solo, $59 Team). Starting a trial doesn't claim a slot; the slot is taken when the first paid invoice goes through after the trial, or at a paid checkout. The rate stays locked for as long as you stay subscribed, even after we raise prices. If you're past #20 you pay whatever the current rate is.
I'm over quota — what happens?
Hard block. New emails, SMS, and document uploads fail until the next billing period or until you upgrade. The four meter cards turn red at 100%. Workspaces can still log in and read data; only outbound sends and uploads are gated.
Why did the AI in Marketing stop working?
Your plan includes an allowance of AI writes and AI photos per billing period for the Marketing studio: 40 and 5 on the trial, 200 and 25 on Solo, 500 and 60 on Team. Once one runs out, that kind of AI request stops until the allowance resets. You can still design and post by hand. To keep going now, add your own Google Gemini key on Settings → Integrations; with your own key there's no plan limit and Google bills you directly.
Where do I update my card?
Click Open billing portal. That sends you to Stripe's hosted billing portal where you can update payment methods, view invoices, cancel, and download receipts. The portal opens in a new tab.

Current plan

Shows your plan name, status (trial not started / trialing / active / past due / canceled), billing cycle (monthly / annual), next renewal date, and seat cap. Status pills color-code: green for active, blue for trialing, amber for past due, red for canceled. Founding-member badge appears next to the status when applicable.

During a trial, the card names the plan your trial turns into, the day the trial ends, and what you'll be charged then. The Cancel trial button sits at the bottom of the card.

Usage meters

Cards for emails sent, SMS sent, document storage, public-form leads, and the Marketing studio's AI writing and AI photos. Each shows current / cap with a colored bar: green below 80%, amber 80–99%, red at 100%. Counts reset at the start of each billing period, and the 30-day trial counts as one period. Email and platform AI allowances cover one month on monthly billing or the full year on annual billing; choosing annual billing does not multiply those allowances by twelve. AI used through your own Gemini key doesn't count here.

Payment method

Says "On file" with a button to open the Stripe portal, or "Not set" with no button. You add the first card when you start the trial; later changes go through the portal.

Change plan

Plan cards with monthly and annual prices side by side, plus what each plan includes (the Marketing studio line lists its monthly AI allowance). Annual is 20% cheaper than monthly × 12.

If you already have a subscription, the buttons switch it in place. During a trial that only changes which plan starts when the trial ends, and nothing is charged early. On a paid plan, Stripe prorates the difference onto your next invoice. If you don't have a subscription (for example, after cancelling), the buttons open Stripe Checkout instead.

What past-due means

A payment failed. Your workspace stays accessible for reads, the billing page stays reachable, but most write operations are gated. We send dunning emails on day 1 and day 7; Stripe also retries the charge automatically. Update your card via the portal to resume.
