Calendar

One unified view of everything time-bound across the workspace: Google Calendar events, future appointments, open tasks, and open follow-ups. Toggle any of the four layers on or off. Month or list view.

Quick answers
Why don't I see my Google events?
Two possibilities. (1) You haven't connected your Google Calendar yet — head to Settings → Calendar to connect. (2) You're connected but haven't enabled "Share events with my workspace" — by default events are private to you. Toggle it on if you want teammates to see your calendar here.
What's the difference between this and Appointments?
Appointments shows only meetings booked through InforceDesk (booking page or manual scheduling). Calendar overlays those plus your Google events, open tasks, and open follow-ups. Use Calendar when you want everything in one place; use Appointments when you only care about bookings.
Can I see a teammate's calendar?
On Team plans with at least two connected members, a "Members" picker appears. You see any member who has opted in to sharing. Members who haven't enabled sharing don't appear in the picker at all.
Why do some events show "Busy" instead of titles?
A privacy setting. A member can share that they're busy without exposing what the meeting is about. If you want titles visible, toggle "Share event details with workspace" on in Settings → Calendar.

The four layers

Filter chips above the grid toggle each layer:

Month view

Standard 7-column grid. Each cell shows up to 4 chips; overflow rolls into a "+N more" badge. Click any chip to open the side panel with the full event details and quick-action buttons. For a pending or confirmed appointment the panel includes Reschedule, which jumps to the Appointments page with the move window already open on that appointment.

List view

Stacked sections per date with Playfair numerals (i, ii, iii…). Each date shows every event scheduled for it. Better than month view when you have busy days and want to read everything in order.

Members picker (Team plans)

When two or more workspace members have connected their Google Calendar and turned sharing on, a Members popover appears next to the layer chips. Multi-select checkboxes toggle whose calendar you're viewing. Defaults to "me only" so the page isn't overwhelming on day one.

Empty states

If you haven't connected Google Calendar yet, the Google layer renders a yellow callout linking to Settings. If you've toggled every layer off, the grid shows the dashed empty card.
