Help Assistant

The chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of every CRM screen. Ask it how something works and it answers from these help docs, with the context of whichever screen you're on.

Quick answers
I don't see the chat bubble. Why?
The assistant is an optional feature and may not be turned on for your deployment. If it was there before and disappeared, your workspace may have hit its daily message limit; it resets at midnight UTC.
Can it change my data or settings?
No. It can only explain things. It has no access to your leads, clients, or settings, and it can't click buttons for you. When you ask it to do something, it tells you where in the CRM you can do it yourself.
Are my conversations private?
Conversations are logged and reviewed by the InforceDesk team to improve the assistant and the docs, then deleted automatically after 90 days. Don't paste anything you wouldn't put in a support ticket — client medical details, full SSNs, passwords. Closing the page ends the conversation; the assistant doesn't remember past chats. The privacy policy has the full details.
It gave me a wrong answer.
It happens — the assistant answers from documentation and can still misread a question. Treat the help articles as the source of truth, and use the Give feedback button in the header to tell us what it got wrong so we can fix the underlying doc.

What it's for

Quick "how do I…" and "where is…" questions: how renewal reminders work, where to change your booking page questions, what a commission chargeback means. It reads the same articles you're browsing now, plus some extra troubleshooting notes from the team, so it sometimes knows quirks and workarounds these pages don't spell out. It knows which screen you asked from, which means "what does this page do?" usually gets a sensible answer.

What it won't do

It can't see or edit your data, send emails, or change settings. It also won't answer questions unrelated to InforceDesk. For anything the docs don't cover — billing disputes, bug reports, feature requests — use the Give feedback button instead, which goes straight to the team.

Limits

Each workspace gets a daily allowance of assistant messages, and there's a short per-minute cooldown if you send a burst of messages back to back. Long answers may get cut off; ask a follow-up to continue.
