Pipeline
A drag-and-drop kanban view of every open lead. Six columns, one per status, scrollable horizontally on narrow screens. The same lead data as the Leads list, just arranged so movement between statuses is one drag instead of a click into the detail page.
Dragging a card doesn't do anything.
Where are Won and Lost leads?
Can I click a card without moving it?
How do I change the order of cards?
Why don't I see all my leads?
What's on a card
Each card shows the lead's avatar (initials), name, phone, email, insurance-type chip, how long they've been in the current status (minutes under an hour, then hours, then days), a note count, and up to three source pills with a "+N" overflow. The left edge is color-coded by the column's status.
Header: sort and the list switch
The Pipeline | List switch at the top right flips to the leads list with the same type and source filters applied, and the list has the same switch pointing back. Next to it, the sort dropdown reorders cards inside every column at once. "Longest in status" is the one to reach for when you want the leads that have been sitting in Quoted the longest at the top.
Moving leads
Drag a card onto another column to change status. The move is saved
immediately and a small toast confirms ("Moved to Quoted"). The same
business rules from the leads list apply: moving to Contacted stamps
last_contacted, moving to Replied stamps last_replied,
moving to Won creates a client. Side-panel status grid does the same thing
with a click instead of a drag.
Filters
Two chip rails sit above the board. Type chips filter by insurance type; source chips filter by where the lead came from. Click a chip to toggle. Filters survive page reload via URL params, so a bookmarked pipeline view always opens with the same slice.
When the board feels too busy
Big workspaces with hundreds of open leads can make columns very tall. Use the filter chips to narrow to one insurance type or one acquisition source. For pure list-reading work, switch to the leads list — it has paging, sortable columns, and bulk-action shortcuts the pipeline doesn't.
