Marketing studio
Make social posts for your Facebook Page without leaving the CRM. Pick a layout, write the words (or let the AI draft them), and you get a finished image in your brand colors with your logo, plus a caption that's been checked for the usual insurance-marketing mistakes.
Does it post to Facebook for me?
What is a "Designed by AI" post?
Is the AI included in my plan?
What happens when the AI allowance runs out?
Does the AI see my leads or clients?
Why is my logo missing from the images?
Can I upload more than one logo?
Why can't I schedule a post?
Why don't I see Settings in Marketing?
What does "Why this idea" mean on a post?
Today
The first screen. Type what you want to post about and click Create, or tap one of the suggestions under the box. If you've turned on daily ideas, today's ready-made post waits here for you to approve, edit or skip. The side column shows the next seven days, anything that needs your attention (like a post that didn't go out), seasonal dates coming up, and your numbers for the last 30 days.
Create
Describe the post. With AI on, you'll get one to three options to choose from, each a different idea: a different angle, a different layout family and a different opening, with a "Why this idea" line under each card explaining the plan. The quick choices are optional: topic, goal, shape (square fits everywhere, portrait takes more of the feed, story is for downloading to a Story), picture and language. For the picture you can let the AI design the whole post, use a brand design, an AI photo, a photo you upload, or one from your library. If your photo is already a finished post, tick use it exactly as-is and only the caption gets written.
With Designed by AI, the words and caption arrive first and each image follows in under a minute. Every option comes in a different visual style and uses one AI image. The studio picks styles that suit the idea and steers away from looks you've used recently.
Without AI, Start designing opens the editor straight away with a ready-made layout (or your photo) for you to fill in.
The editor
The middle column is a live preview of how the post looks in the Facebook feed. Switch to Image only to see just the picture, or to desktop to see the wider feed. The image you download is made from the same design, so what you see is what you get.
- Layout. Around thirty layouts, grouped by family: the six classics (a big quote, "I help" with three points, a question, three cards, a big date or number, a short story), split screens with a photo on one side, editorial and newspaper looks, type-led looks (a big number, stacked caps, a highlighter, a bold block), print looks (a ticket, a rubber stamp, a poster, a notice board), lists and steps (a checklist, numbered steps, two columns, before and after, problem and fix, myth and fact, Q&A), and framed looks (a side panel, scrapbook frames, a banner across the photo, a corner card, a photo window). Each one shows only the fields it uses, and switching layouts keeps the words you've already written. Layouts marked photo are built around a picture, so they switch the background to photo for you.
- Words. If something is too long to fit, the preview tells you which field to shorten.
- Look and photo. Background (navy, dark, cream, white, mist, your accent color flooding the whole image, black and white, or a photo), accent color, button style, an optional disclaimer on the image, and the small top-right label. On a photo background you can choose where the words sit (the layout decides which spots make sense), how much to darken the photo, and a photo treatment: as is, a two-tone tint in your accent color, or black and white.
- Caption. What the post says. With AI on, the buttons under it make it shorter, warmer, simpler, add a question, or switch it to Spanish or both languages.
- Link. Pick your booking page (or a page from your own website) and add it to the caption. These links are trackable, so you'll see the clicks and the leads they bring in.
A designed post shows the finished image in the preview, and the left column changes:
- Words in the image. The headline, an optional supporting line and an optional call to action, exactly as the AI painted them. To change them, edit the lines and click Regenerate image.
- Regenerate image. Tap a quick change (more space around the words, bigger headline, brighter, warmer colors, simpler scene) or type your own. The visual style stays the same. Try a different style repaints it in a new look. Either one uses one AI image, and so does changing the shape.
- Switch to a layout. Moves the words into one of the studio's layouts so you can edit every detail by hand. It's free, and Back to the AI-designed image returns to the painted version.
Your changes save as you go. Revert takes the post back to its first version. If you edit the same post in two windows, the second one asks you to reload rather than overwrite your work.
Checks
Every post is checked before it can be scheduled. Red items block it: an empty caption, words that don't fit the image, a company name on your blocked list, or the Medicare plan statement still saying "[number]". Yellow items are warnings to read: Medicare posts missing the "not affiliated with the government" line, wording that reads like a promise, long dashes, more than three hashtags, something that looks like a client's phone number or ID, a link you picked but didn't add to the caption, or a designed image whose words didn't read back exactly as written ("AI image needs a look"). Words painted into a designed image get the same checks as words on a layout. The checks catch common problems, but you're still responsible for what you post.
Posting
From any post you can download the image, copy the caption, and mark it as posted. Marking it posted moves it to your calendar and Results, and the trackable link keeps counting clicks.
Once posting straight to Facebook is available, an owner or admin connects your Page in Marketing → Settings. Then you'll be able to pick a day and time (in your workspace's time zone) or post right away. If Facebook doesn't answer, the post is marked "didn't post" and you'll be asked to check your Page before trying again, so nothing goes out twice.
To stop posting, click Disconnect in the Facebook section of Marketing → Settings. We delete the saved Page access right away. Our privacy policy lists what we keep from Facebook and how to have it deleted.
Calendar
Month, week and list views of everything planned and posted, with seasonal dates shown as colored bars. Drag a post to another day to move it, or click an open day to create a post for it. Unscheduled drafts sit in the side column, ready to drag onto a day.
Library
Every post you've made, with filters for ideas, drafts, scheduled, posted, ones that didn't post, and ones marked good to reuse. Use again makes a fresh copy. The Photos tab keeps the pictures you've uploaded and the AI photos you've made, so you can reuse them. Designed images aren't listed there because their words are part of the picture. A photo used by a post can't be deleted.
Results
Posts per week, results by topic, and a table of every post with its link clicks and the leads it brought in. Leads count when someone clicks a post's trackable link and then books through your booking page. Reactions, comments and shares appear for posts published straight to Facebook.
Settings
Owners and admins set these once for the whole workspace.
- Brand. Your name, Page name, the phone and website printed on images, the default button text, whether posts speak as "I" or "we", who you're talking to, and notes on how you sound (the AI follows them). This is also where you upload your logos for posts (up to six versions).
- Schedule. The days and time you post. Turn on daily ideas to have a post ready for your next open day each morning, with an email when it's ready. Generation starts an hour before the time you pick, so the draft is waiting when you look. Each daily idea uses one AI write from your allowance.
- AI. Shows how much of this month's allowance is left. Daily ideas and the Create page start with brand designs. You can switch either one to AI photos or to designed posts here. Both use one AI image per post, so daily designed ideas use up the image allowance faster. With your own Gemini key you can also choose which model paints designed posts.
- Checks. The Medicare disclaimer and plan statement (fill in your counts where it says [number]), company names that block a post or trigger a warning, and words to flag.
- Topics. Daily ideas rotate through the topics you check. Your list starts with your insurance types (edit those on Settings). Under Manage topics you can add up to 20 of your own, like "Small business coverage", or remove ones you never post about. Removing a topic only hides it in Marketing, and Restore puts it back. You also pick how often each kind of post comes up. Creative range sets how far the planner reaches: Safe stays close to the classic layouts and warm photos, Balanced (the default) mixes classic and newer looks, and Bold leans into the more unusual layouts and photo styles. Every setting stays on-brand and goes through the same checks; it only changes the mix.
- Seasons. Turn the built-in dates on or off (open enrollment, life insurance awareness month and so on) and add your own.
- Links. Your booking page is always available. You can add up to ten pages from your own website, as long as its domain is listed under Settings → Workspace → Public domain.
