Workspace

Dashboard

Your home screen. Opens by default after sign-in. It's a quick-glance snapshot of what's happening across the workspace today, with shortcuts to the screens you'll act on next.

Quick answers
Numbers look wrong. Why?
Most counters refresh on page load, so a hard reload shows current state. If you just changed something elsewhere (marked a lead won, completed a task), open the dashboard again rather than relying on a stale tab. Period-bound stats like "this month" use calendar months in UTC.
What is the "Assigned to me" card?
Only visible on Team-plan workspaces. Counts open leads and clients with you set as the owner. The sub-rows link to the matching filtered list views. Solo workspaces don't see this card because there's only one of you anyway.
Where does "Recent activity" come from?
A combined feed of lead status changes, new clients, sent emails and SMS, completed tasks, and finished workflow steps. Most-recent first. Click any row to jump to the underlying record.

What you see

Four to five stat cards across the top with the workspace's current headline numbers (new leads, open follow-ups, upcoming appointments, won this month). A recent-activity stream below them. Quick links over on the side to common destinations: leads list, today's calendar, the inbox.

Under Quick Actions, a Marketing card shows the social post that needs you next: one that didn't go out, an idea waiting for your approval, or the next post on the schedule. With nothing waiting, it links to the Marketing studio.

How to use it

Treat the dashboard as a daily starting point, not a place you live in. Scan the cards, click into whatever needs attention, do the work in that screen, then come back. The stat cards are clickable shortcuts to pre-filtered views of the data they count.

Sidebar context

The dashboard is also the only screen where the workspace switcher (top of the sidebar) is easy to notice. If you belong to more than one workspace, use the dropdown to hop between them. Sign-in always lands you in the workspace you were last looking at.

What's not here

Detailed reporting lives in Analytics — charts for source performance, conversion rate, paid vs organic, UTM breakdowns. The dashboard is intentionally a quick read.
