Follow-ups

Time-bound nudges tied to a specific lead or client. Use them for "call back Friday", "review policy in a week", "check in after the holidays". Four view modes — Day, Week, Month, List — for whichever cadence you work in.

Quick answers
Can I drag a follow-up to a new day?
Yes. On a computer, drag the card onto any lane in Week or Day view, or any cell in Month view. On a phone or tablet, press and hold the card for a moment and then drag it — a quick tap still just opens the record, and a normal swipe still scrolls the page. Either way the follow-up's due date moves to that day and a toast confirms ("Moved to 2026-05-23"). Drop it on the green "Drop here to complete" zone on the right rail to mark it done in one motion.
Why are some follow-ups on the Tasks page too?
Creating a follow-up also creates a task with category "Follow-up" (and vice versa). They stay synced — marking either complete completes both. The duplication is intentional so the same nudge surfaces on whichever screen you're using.
What's the "Carry-over" row in Week view?
A full-width band across the top of the week grid, showing follow-ups that are overdue from before this week started. They follow you forward until you complete or snooze them. In Month view the same overdue items show up on today's cell.
How do I add a follow-up?
Either the + New button on this page (pick a lead/client + a date), or from a lead or client detail page using the Tasks card with category "Follow-up".

View modes

Filtering by insurance type

Above the grid, a row of chips lets you narrow to one insurance type. Useful when you want to focus a block of time on, say, every Medicare client.

Recently completed

The right-hand rail shows the 12 most recently completed follow-ups so you have quick recall of what you just finished. Includes the lead/client name, the note, and a relative timestamp.

Snoozing

Two ways to snooze. Drag-and-drop onto a new day. Or click into the underlying lead/client and edit the follow-up directly from there. The drag pattern is faster for "shift everything from Friday to Monday" rescheduling.
