My profile
Your personal account settings, separate from any workspace. Open it from the sidebar dropdown (click your name at the bottom-left of the CRM, then pick "My account"). What lives here applies across every workspace you belong to.

Profile fields
Name and email show up wherever your identity appears: assigned-to pickers, member rosters, audit trail entries, the "by Sarah" line on workflow logs. Both can be edited any time. Email changes go through verification before they take effect.
Password
Changing your password requires your current password. A successful change signs you out of every other session, so you'll need to re-authenticate on any other browsers or devices. Passwords must be at least 10 characters and include at least one letter and one non-letter.
Two-factor authentication
Strongly recommended for any account with access to client data. Once enabled, sign-in asks for a 6-digit code from your authenticator app after your password. You'll also get 10 recovery codes for emergency access if you lose your phone — each works exactly once. Regenerate them any time from the Authentication card.
Text alerts
InforceDesk can text you about your own account: login codes, security alerts, billing and trial notices, and alerts when a new lead comes in. It's off unless you turn it on. Enter a US mobile number, check the box to agree to the texts, and save. You can also opt in when you sign up.
To stop, uncheck the box and save, or reply STOP to any text. Reply START to turn them back on. How often we text depends on your account activity, and your carrier's message and data rates may apply. These alerts are only for you. They have nothing to do with the texts your workspace sends to leads and clients. See the SMS terms for details.
Workspace ownership
For each workspace you own, there's a "Transfer ownership" form. Picking a member promotes them to owner and demotes you to admin in one transaction. The new owner can demote you further or remove you entirely from that point on.
Workspace restore (after delete)
If you soft-deleted a workspace you own, it shows here as restorable for 30 days. Past that window the data is permanently gone — the cascade removes leads, clients, documents, everything tied to the workspace.
